Discounts are sometimes available based on a number of different criteria. Discounts are solely at the discretion of the cruise lines and may not be offered on all sailings on all dates. Generally, holiday sailings, spring break and select itineraries seldom have many discounts other than special sale promotions that may be offered. Most times, discounts are not combinable.  We routinely check to see if any discounts are available that would apply to your booking.

Age 55+ (Senior) Discounts

From time to time, cruise lines will offer special discounts on select sailings to customers who are 55 or older on the day of departure. Always tell your World Voyager Vacations Travel concierge if any member of your party is 55+, so that he or she can compare any age-related discounts that are available to other discounts and find the lowest possible rate. Only one passenger per cabin must be at least 55 in order to gain the discount for everyone in the room. The cruise line will require proof of age in order to qualify for age 55+ discounts.

Past Passenger Loyalty Discounts

All cruise lines appreciate the loyalty of customers who sail with them again and again. As a "thank you", some lines offer special discounts to their past passengers on select sailings. Always tell your World Voyager Vacations Travel Concierge if you are a past passenger of the cruise line you are inquiring about, so that he or she can compare any past-passenger discounts that are available to other discounts and find the lowest possible rate. If you have previously cruised on Princess, Holland America, Carnival, Costa, Cunard, Windstar, or Seabourn, you are eligible for the past passenger rates offered by Carnival, Costa, Seabourn and Windstar.

Holland America past passengers can book up to four staterooms on Holland America sailings at the past passenger rate.

Military Discounts

From time to time, one or more cruise lines will offer special discounts on select sailings to customers who are members of the military. Military personnel must present proper documentation (a DD214 or current military identification) at the time of booking to qualify for the special rates. At the current time, the following military discounts are available:

Azamara offers military discounts to active, reserve and retired members of the U.S. military and the Canadian Forces. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID at the time of booking.

Carnival offers military discounts to Vacations To Go customers who are active, reserve or retired members, or veterans of the U.S. military. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID, retired military ID or discharge papers and a driver's license, at the time of booking.

Celebrity offers military discounts to active, reserve and retired members of the U.S. military and the Canadian Forces. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID at the time of booking.

Holland America offers military discounts to active members of the U.S. military and the Canadian Forces. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID and a driver's license, at the time of booking.

MSC Cruises offers military discounts to active and retired members of the U.S. military and the Canadian Forces. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID and a driver's license, at the time of booking.

Norwegian offers military discounts to active and retired members of the U.S. military and the Canadian Forces. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID and a driver's license, at the time of booking.

Princess offers military discounts to members of the U.S. military who are active, reserve, or have served for 20+ years. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID at the time of booking.

Royal Caribbean offers military discounts to active, reserve and retired members of the U.S. military and the Canadian Forces. Qualifying military personnel must present a photocopy of current military ID at the time of booking.

Police, Firefighters &  Teachers

From time to time, one or more cruise lines will offer special discounts on select sailings to customers who are active police officers or firefighters. Police officers and firefighters must present proper documentation at the time of booking to qualify for the special rates. At the current time, the following police officer and firefighter discounts are available:

Holland America is offering customers who are active police officers or firefighters special prices on select sailings. Police officers and firefighters must present a copy of their official ID or badge, and a driver's license, at the time of booking. Qualifying teachers must present a photocopy of teacher's certification, union card or letter from principal on school letterhead.
